Preparation Instructions

Please note every stove and oven is different. Always check your snacks for perfect results

Bites (Mini-fritters):

Set fryer to 320°F 

Fry for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

We do not recommend frying over 50 units at once in the same fryer basket (13-1/4" x 6-1/2")

Kibbeh (Beef Croquette bites):

Set fryer to 356°F 

Fry for 2 minutes.

We do not recommend frying over 50 units at once in the same fryer basket (13-1/4" x 6-1/2")

 

Party (Medium-fritters):

Set fryer to 320°F 

Fry for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

We do not recommend frying over 25 units at once in the same fryer basket (13-1/4" x 6-1/2")

 

Mini-Churros:

Set fryer to 320°F 

Fry for 2 minutes.

We do not recommend frying over 50 units at once in the same fryer basket (13-1/4" x 6-1/2")

After fried, roll around in sugar-cinnamon mix, and they’re ready to serve!

Mix recommendation:

150g of granulated sugar + 12g of finely-ground cinnamon

Pão de Queijo:

Preheat oven to 350°F 

Bake for 33 minutes or until golden.

Empadão Chicken Pie:

Preheat oven to 350°F 

Remove Aluminum cover

Brush egg yolk on top 

Bake for 50 minutes to an hour or until golden-brown.
